A 42-year-old patient who was interested in a primary breast augmentation.*

This female patient from Chicago, IL had concerns about her breasts appearance after her 2 pregnancies. She felt volume in the breasts had decreased and wanted to achieve fuller more symmetrical breasts. She had pre-existing asymmetry both in size and breast position. Left breast is higher than the right. The right breast was augmented with a 255cc implant and left breast augmented with a 240cc implant both are moderate profile. Incisions were made through the inframammary fold and implants were placed submuscular. Overall, improved symmetry and volume was achieved for her carefully tailored mommy makeover!
