This patient presented with gender dysphoria and wanted a gender-affirming mastectomy. After having a mastectomy, they are able to live their life much more comfortably! Often times for the purpose of better contouring and a more desirable aesthetic we treat the lateral chest wall as well, this patient also had liposuction of this area to avoid fullness after his mastectomy.
