"Revision Rhinoplasty and Breast Implant Removal - Dr Iteld removed my breast implants and undertook a revision rhinoplasty for me in May 2019. I had breast implants and rhinoplasty in Thailand, approximately 6 years ago. It was a very negative experience for me. As such, I was fairly apprehensive and nervous to re-visit plastic surgery but after 5 years of dissatisfaction with my nose shape and breast implants, I decided to look into having the revisions made. I am 3 weeks post op as I write this and I am still seeing the full effects of my revision rhinoplasty and loving my natural breast shape and movement.I had several consultations prior to booking with Dr Iteld. He was, in my opinion, the most personable, intelligent, well presented and relateable. The lovely team working alongside Dr Iteld also were a big factor in my choice to book with Dr Iteld as they were attentive, professional and knowledgeable during my initial phones calls, consultation, pricing and booking conversations. I mention this because I found that other offices I spoke with seems to be less engaged with the process, more jst transactional. Caryle was an extension of Dr Iteld and appeared to have a depth of experience with his processes. The team felt like a cohesive unit and made the experience pleasant and enjoyable for me. You can tell Dr Iteld is very busy but he always made me feel like he was focused and cared about what I was saying or feeling. The experience with the actual surgery was great. The staff at the surgery center were so sweet and spoke very highly of Dr Iteld before I went into the surgery. Dr Iteld visited me before I went into the surgery to talk through the procedure again to make sure my mind was at rest. My prior surgeon did very little communication with me before or after the surgery and this experience has changed my perspective on plastic surgeons. I was very happy with Dr Itelds level of attentiveness. I loved that the medicines prescribed before and after surgery alleviated my potential for bruising and swelling. I also did not take any heavy painkillers after the surgery, which amazed me given my prior experience. The day afterward surgery I was able to move around and was clear minded. This was a very big difference from my previous recovery.Dr Iteld even helped me on the sunday morning following my surgery to remove my splints from within my nose. This shows me that he cares about his patients comfort level. Dr Iteld has a great sense of humour and a great energy and a high level of positivity in his disposition. I always felt at ease coming into my pre and post appointment, I almost look forward to them !Carlye and the other ladies on the front desk were always so sweet and I must have called them 5 or 6 times prior to my surgery to ask questions and double check my arrangements but they never made me feel like an inconvenience. All in all, I can't accurately describe how positive, or communicate how much this experience has meant to me and helped me heal emotionally from my first surgery..Thank you Dr Iteld and Caryle and all the wonderful staff I will be forever grateful for the changes you have helped me to achieve for myself."
