This patient was concerned about the wrinkling and skin laxity she was beginning to experience with her natural aging process. She was looking for a natural "freshened" up look. She was an ideal candidate for a facelift with an open neck lift that allows me to cutout the skin laxity AND tighten the muscles underneath. I also suggested she did a micro-fat transfer to the cheeks to help replenish lost volume she's had over the years. Giving her an overall much more youthful appearance!
