I have undergone breast augmentation twice in the past, with the first procedure yielding suboptimal results and the second being a repair surgery. Both experiences were painful. After many years, one implant ruptured, and I was referred to Dr. Iteld by my eye surgeon, who had previously performed successful cosmetic eyelid surgical procedures following Mohs surgery on my eye.It had been a challenging year. From my initial consultation to post-operative care, my experience with Dr. Iteld and his team has been nothing short of exceptional. Linda was extremely patient and took the time to ensure I selected the correct implant size for my body. Carole thoroughly explained the necessary post-operative care for optimal results. Dr. Iteld demonstrated exceptional bedside manner, a great sense of humor, and professionalism while addressing my concerns and questions with confidence. He assured me that he could repair the damage and that I would be pleased with the results, which would be relatively painless. His predictions were accurate. The results exceeded my expectations, with my breasts now being symmetrical, perfectly sized, and looking and feeling natural. I couldn't be more pleased. During my first follow-up appointment, I was offered a choice between Botox or filler, with no pressure. Ashley explained the offer and assisted with scheduling an appointment. I opted for Botox. After consulting with my eye surgeon regarding certain areas to avoid due to nerve issues, I spoke with Kimmy, who calmed my fears and demonstrated compassion, comfort, and expertise. She took the time to understand my skin care routine and provided guidance on proper product application and the importance of sunscreen. I was so impressed with Kimmy that I returned for filler, which I had previously been hesitant to try due to concerns about appearing unnatural. Cutters/surgeons love the part of the job where they are in the operating suite. So stupid comments about a surgeons customer service skills crack me up!Grow up. Every great Chicago surgeon has a great office coordinator to provide that buttocks-kissing feeling some people demand. So far I've met 2 amazing admins. Those poor woman heard my whole life story. Each acted as though she was being paid by how long she could listen to an old bag yack her head off.The patience they have is insane.I'd have slapped me after the first long story! Lol.Hey! Old people get lonely. They don't see actual humans for long stretches of time. We bust out our verbosity at the 1st human in our path!You want our retirement money? Make chit-chat!Wish me luck. I'll be reporting back as this progresses.P.s. I've had too many surgeries to count. I was mangled by a cosmetic surgeon multiple times, but didn't know there were better, actual reconstructive plastic surgeons out there! I'm older and a bit wiser now.Surgeries are over. I'm at day 3. I won't be able to know how well it went for some time. I suspect it might be amazing.They use a new pain med called JOURNAVX. It does ease some pain, and I know this because I've had this surgery years ago and I recall yelling at hubby bouncing over each pothole. This time I had zero complaints being bounced in the car.But just easing some pain does not ease the misery. Only an opioid can take that post surgical rage down a notch, imho.."

I was up and moving around genuinely 2 days later. The soreness and tightness was normal but it didn't stop me from going on my daily walks, being with my friends, taking all my medications, etc. I went out for lunch with my mom 24 hours after surgery. I almost went with a different surgeon, but after so many issues along the way, my gut told me it wasn't right. I found Dr. Iteld through RealSelf and Google searches and looking at his work and after meeting him and his team, I just felt so much more comfortable. The surgery went incredibly well. I did not need any painkillers at all not even Tylenol. It was virtually pain-free. I had a breast lift with a very small implant to keep the size and the scars are very minimal and I'm so happy! My breasts are perfect! So even and just the right shape and size!!"
"3 weeks out breast lift w/ implant - I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Iteld and his professional team. From start to finish, it was seamless. From the moment I walked into the beautiful office and was greeted by the pleasant receptionist, I felt at ease. Dr Iteld explained everything to me in great detail. Linda, who fitted me with the implant was very professional and gave me good advice. I chose to go with a very small implant because I was not looking to gain volume as I started as a D cup with mild sagging from nursing two children. He explained that I would lose some volume and so that's why I went with a 170 cc implant. Everything was seamless. I had a great experience with everyone I came into contact with at his office and the surgeon center was very professional. I did not need any narcotics not even Tylenol. I had virtually no pain after the surgery. I'm only three weeks out and the results are extraordinary. Very mild scarring and they are exactly how I how I hoped they would be!! Also, if you're looking for any rejuvenation treatments, Kimmy was awesome! I had some red capillaries removed off my eyelids and EZ gel for hollowing under my eyes. She knows her stuff!! Just by the straps due to the fabric weaving. Iâm being VERY careful with my 2 and 4 year old. Definitely a challenge so make sure you have help constantly. My left boob is a bit more swollen than the right, you can tell even the nipple is still puffy and a hair larger, while the right is responsive to the cold in this photo and not swollen. Super normal, not worried about it. You can see from the side photo that the âupper poleâ of the breast looks a little less poofy as well as on the sides. Slow n steady!I canât feel my nipples and the immediate area around, but each day I slowly get more feeling. Apparently this can take a few weeks. Recover is infinitely easier over the muscle, based on my research. Iâm glad I was able to do so, since I need to keep up with my little ones. No pain at all to date, although I had some nipple sensitivity after trying out a triangle bra that just didnât fit right. It was sliding and the friction over the day was not helpful. Lululemonâs Align V Neck bra, light support, C/D cup, is awesome. Supportive but not too tight, as you want them to be able to settle the right way. My left does appear to be slightly bigger. But I need to give it the time it needs and see if they even out. It doesnât bug me terribly, but Iâm surprised thatâs the one thatâs bigger. It received a smaller implant (275 cc) whereas my right got the 295 cc. To correct some natural asymmetry I had. Maybe itâll be fine in time. Really not that noticeable to panic."

Iâm very happy with the results so far, I know theyâll continue to change as I hit 8 & 12 weeks and then at 1 year assess their true âthis is itâ stage. The office has asked to use the photos professionally for others to reference, so theyâre happy as well. I think I will end up being a 32Bâ but my guess is Iâll fit into some Câs depending on the brand. Iâm still wearing my soft bras as advised until 3 months. This is exactly what I wanted. I think a true full C would feel ginormous to me. I love that no one truly notices theyâre enhanced. Home grown! PSâ the sexy times with the hubs has been AMAZING! :) Iâm so much more confident. "Finding Dr. Iteld has been a divine solution to long standing daily nuisance. I'm an actor and have had a lipoma (benign fatty tumor) smack dab in the middle of my forehead for about five years now. I was beginning to notice it affecting my castability and self confidence, and determined it was time to get it removed. Given its location and my career, I had significant anxieties about how best to go about that and worried scarring would be more noticeable than the lipoma itself. "I will start with making an appt for consultation. I believe i spoke with Ashley, correct me if i wrong. She was so kind, answered all my question and find the perfect time for my consultation. Consultation day. I managed to find parking in garage in building, went on 3rd floor, took other elevator to enter the building, then went thru hallway, find another elevator and took 6th floor. Its was so easy to find everything. I spoke first Linda Zamora, she is Patient Coordinator. She is the sweetest person ever! She explained everything to me. I was looking for right size of breast implant for me. She went thru every information, even take a photos of me to see how i look even if they have tall mirror on the wall. She was so patient with me since i was so confused and insecure about the size. Later, I meet dr Iteld. He is awesome as well. So confident, professional and most of all a true gentleman. I like how he made a jokes with me, made me relaxed. He was so honest and found a true size for my body, since i didnât want them too small or too big. "Prior to my first visit, detailed instructions were given in an email. The location had changed so it was great to have them! Parking was ample in the garage and instructions made it easy to find the office. Dr. Iteld and staff were very professional and kind. The office is pleasant and clean. I was offered a beverage and validation to my parking ticket. Dr. Iteld was very patient, and thorough in my questions to procedures. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. "I will start with making an appt for consultation. I believe i spoke with Ashley, correct me if i wrong. She was so kind, answered all my question and find the perfect time for my consultation.Consultation day.I managed to find parking in garage in building, went on 3rd floor, took other elevator to enter the building, then went thru hallway, find another elevator and took 6th floor. Its was so easy to find everything.I spoke first Linda Zamora, she is Patient Coordinator. She is the sweetest person ever! She explained everything to me. I was looking for right size of breast implant for me. She went thru every information, even take a photos of me to see how i look even if they have tall mirror on the wall. She was so patient with me since i was so confused and insecure about the size. Later, I meet dr Iteld. He is awesome as well. So confident, professional and most of all a true gentleman. I like how he made a jokes with me, made me relaxed. He was so honest and found a true size for my body, since i didn't want them too small or too big. He also answered all of my questions, as well, spent enough time with me, he didn't rushed me at all. Also, he told me all about the risks and benefits, which helped a lot. You can find a lot of unreliable informations on google and so untrue 'facts'.Final consultation day.I saw nurse Kimmy. She spent one hour explaining everything to me. She did so good that i left building feeling like i was employee there, full on knowledge. She was explaining to me like i was 5 yo, which i liked. Everything wrote down don't so i don't forget anything. And she was right!! I forgot couple of things and luckily i had everything on paper! Dr Iteld made a final decision about breast lift and implants. Left clinic really happy!Surgery day.Everything went smoothly. Checking in, i didn't wait too long since i came 30 min earlier. Nurses were so kind and gentle. I meet dr Iteld again for marking. He was so positive and informed my husband once he was done with surgery. Anesthesiologist was very professional as well. I was so confident and ready for procedure, cause they made me feel safe and all those information they provided to me made me feel secure. The only thing i 'didn't like' is that my procedure was scheduled at 10am, but they were little bit late (like 20 min or so, not a big deal at all!!) just i was so impatient to get them done lol.
