I recently underwent a plastic surgery procedure, and I'm excited to share my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, Dr. Iteld and his incredible team--Linda, Ashley, Kimmy, and Caryle--made me feel incredibly comfortable. I'm currently preparing for my upcoming breast lift surgery, so I'll follow up with results once it's done. For now, I can only comment on the professionalism of Dr. Iteld and his team. I initially considered another doctor but ultimately decided to cancel due to a series of mistakes leading up to the surgery. These included repeatedly losing my file, forgetting to date a prescription, sending appointment reminders for incorrect dates, providing me with the wrong quote, and--just three days before surgery--informing me it would cost $6,000 more due to an oversight.From the moment I walked into Dr. Iteld's beautiful office, the experience was completely different. I was warmly greeted by a professional receptionist, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. It didn't feel like a place with a revolving door of part-time employees juggling college schedules.
