19-year-old female from Chicago, IL interested in a breast augmentation/ lift*

Her main goal was to improve the shape and size of her breasts. She presented with significant breast asymmetry associated with tuberous breasts, both breasts also have lower pole restriction. To improve the overall size and shape the left breast is augmented with a moderate 255cc implant and a vertical mastopexy was performed. The right breast is augmented with a moderate 275cc implant and a concentric mastopexy was performed. She now has beautifully shaped breasts and a significant improvement in symmetry!
