A 30- year-old woman from Chicago, IL interested in an augmentation mastopexy.*

She presented with Grade II breast ptosis bilaterally and narrow cleavage. To improve volume, left breast was augmented with moderate profile 310cc implant. The right breast was augmented with moderate profile 330cc implant. To correct the patient's ptosis a bilateral standard mastopexy was performed. She now has a beautiful improvement in overall size and position of the breasts.
