This a 46-year-old female from Chicago, IL who had an augmentation mastopexy.*

This female patient wanted a tertiary breast augmentation. She was interested in rejuvenating her breasts and swapping out her current implants for smaller ones after deciding she had no plans for future pregnancies. There was ptosis present and required a standard mastopexy as well. After surgery she has lovely lifted, rejuvenated smaller breasts. Left breast was augmented with a low plus profile 300 cc implant. The right breast was augmented with a low plus profile 280cc implant.
