A 30- year-old female from Chicago, IL who had an augmentation-mastopexy.*

This patient presented with significant asymmetries from both size and ptosis. To address asymmetries, a circumvertical mastopexy was performed on her right breast and augmented with a moderate profile 320cc implant. The left breast augmented with a moderate profile 405cc implant with a crescent mastopexy. Overall giving her a significant improvement on her symmetry with now fuller breasts.
