This lovely Chicago, IL woman was interested in adding more volume to the breasts. She has always lacked in this area and felt she was ready to move forward. She wanted to remain natural, so we decided to go with a 335cc implant on the right breast and a 325cc on the left breast. Both implants were placed submuscular through her inframammary fold.
