A female pt in her late 30's from Chicago suburbs interested in a mommy makeover*

This beautiful patient was interested in body contouring after multiple pregnancies. She has maintained very well through a healthy lifestyle but needed a little extra assistance with getting stubborn fat in her abdomen. She also had residual skin laxity after her pregnancies, her goal was to have a tight and tone abdomen. Her secondary concern were her breasts, due to breast feeding she felt they were deflated and lacked volume. Her left breast was augmented with a 485cc implant and her right breast was augmented with a 520cc implant. Her mommy makeover consisted of a lipoabdominoplasty, liposuction of flanks, and a bilateral breast augmentation with vertical mastopexy. She now has a beautiful tone silhouette!
