This gentleman was diagnosed with gynecomastia where he then had gland removal on the chest. Patient felt there was an improvement of "bulkiness" but was left with residual surrounding fullness. Now with age and weight fluctuation, he's noticed skin and fat excess he'd like removed and tightened.
