Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)

Abdominoplasty, commonly called a tummy tuck, improves the appearance of the abdomen. It involves my removing excess skin and fat while tightening the abdominal muscles to create a firmer, smoother midsection. I usually include lipo to remove excess fat and sculpt the patient’s contours at the same time. Often sought after weight loss or pregnancy, tummy tucks can provide a more toned silhouette. But it’s not just for moms. This procedure is excellent for men and women who have developed an unwanted belly. 

Liposuction

This procedure removes stubborn fat deposits to sculpt and contour the body. Trouble areas usually include the abdomen, thighs, hips, arms, back, and chin. Lipo is often the solution. This is not a weight-loss plan but rather a targeted method for individuals who struggle with stubborn fat pockets that resist diet and exercise. Maintain a stable weight and healthy lifestyle, and the results from lipo are permanent. 

Although lipo is usually performed in the surgery center, I am now pleased to offer in-office lipo for arms, anterior bra fat pads, lateral chest wall, and chin performed under local anesthesia.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy)

A breast lift restores firmness and shape to sagging breasts, which often occur with age or after pregnancy. During surgery, I remove the excess skin and tighten the surrounding tissue. When needed, I reposition the nipples and areolas for a more natural placement. While it doesn’t significantly change breast size, patients often combine it with augmentation or reduction for enhanced results.

Combine procedures for a total makeover

Combining procedures can create more comprehensive results. For example:

• Often referred to as a mommy makeover, combining a tummy tuck with breast surgery for complete body contouring 
• Lipo and breast lift for breast augmentation with fat transfer (no implants)
• Tummy Tuck with extra lipo for additional body sculpting
