Case Study: A Nonsurgical Combination Approach

This patient, in her mid-seventies, came to us looking for a more rested appearance around the eyes. Over the years, she’d had injectable treatments that worked well initially but gradually became less effective.

She explored lower eyelid surgery, but this wasn’t an option at that time. Instead, she worked with our aesthetics team to develop a nonsurgical plan focused on reducing under-eye puffiness, improving hollowing, and restoring a more rested appearance.

Our aesthetics team carried out a layered treatment plan over approximately six months and included:

1. An Alma Hybrid laser treatment to improve skin quality and reduce puffiness
2. PRF regenerative injectable treatment to support volume in hollow areas and improve skin appearance
3. Restylane EyeLight, a targeted hyaluronic acid filler, to refine the under-eye area and complete the result
