How Does CoolSculpting Work?
After your initial appointment with Dr. Iteld to organize your treatment plan, your procedure will be scheduled. During your treatment, a gel pad and the CoolSculpting handpiece will be applied to the target area, and controlled cooling will begin. The cooling, delivered by the applicator, will target and freeze the fat cells. You will probably feel a chilly sensation while receiving treatment, but any discomfort should be minimal and temporary.
