In this video, we present the Before and After photos of a female patient who came to Dr. Iteld wanting to de-age her face and neck. He performed a face lift, a neck lift, and fat transfer to her cheeks. At the same time, he also did a lower blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery). Her results are transformative. A facelift creates a more youthful appearance by elevating and tightening the sagging tissues around the central and lower parts of the face. A neck lift (typically performed at the same time) removes excess sagging skin and fat below the face. Using her own fat and transferring it to the cheeks is a great alternative to dermal filler and provides a more lasting way to add fullness and fill hollow areas.
